Return and Shipping Policy

At Easy Paris, we aim to provide you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to help ensure a simple and straightforward process.

General Return Conditions

We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  2. All original tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
  3. The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see below).

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Living Inspiration: Customized or made-to-order decor items.
  • Computer & Electronics: Opened software, digital downloads, or items with removed security seals.
  • Toys & Hobby/Party Supplies: Opened or used toys, party decorations, or consumable items like balloons.
  • Office & School Supplies: Personalized stationery or items that have been used.
  • Garden & DIY: Plants, seeds, or DIY products that have been opened.
  • Pets: Perishable items like pet food or opened grooming products.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at [your email address] or through the return request form on our website.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? Exchanges can be made for eligible items, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order details.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    Shipping of Your Package
    Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment via GLS, POSTNL, TNT, UPS, or DPD with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer shipping via UPS Extra requiring a signature, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before selecting this delivery method. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number to track your package online.

    Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed amounts, while transportation costs depend on the total weight. We recommend consolidating your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders; each order will incur shipping fees. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Our boxes are adequately sized to ensure proper protection for your items.

    Upon Delivery of Products:

    1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer and notified to the entrepreneur receives the product.
    2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging carefully. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine if they wish to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product, including all accessories, in its original condition and packaging if reasonably possible, following the entrepreneur’s reasonable and clear instructions.
    3. If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product. Notification should be made using the model form or another communication method, such as email. Once the consumer has communicated their intention to withdraw, they must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the product was returned on time, for example, via a shipping receipt.
    4. If the consumer does not notify the entrepreneur of their intention to withdraw or return the product within the periods specified in paragraphs 2 and 3, the purchase is final.

    Upon Delivery of Services:

    1. When purchasing services, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within at least 14 days, starting from the date of entering into the agreement.
    2. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must follow the entrepreneur’s reasonable and clear instructions provided at the time of the offer or at the latest upon delivery.

    Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

    1. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
    2. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund it as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. This is conditional on the product being returned or conclusive proof of its return being provided. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly agrees to another method.
    3. If the product is damaged due to the consumer’s mishandling, the consumer is liable for any depreciation in value.
    4. The consumer cannot be held liable for depreciation in value if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before the agreement was concluded.

    Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

    1. The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3, provided this was clearly stated in the offer or at least before the agreement was concluded.
    2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
      • that were created according to the consumer’s specifications;
      • that are clearly personal in nature;
      • that cannot be returned due to their nature;
      • that spoil or age quickly;
      • whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
      • for single newspapers or magazines;
      • for audio and video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken by the consumer;
      • for hygiene products where the seal has been broken by the consumer.
    3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
      • relating to accommodation, transport, restaurant services, or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specified period;
      • whose delivery has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the cooling-off period has expired;
      • relating to betting and lotteries.
